A New Year.........  A New Beginning

One door closes..........  Another door opens!

And when that door blew open last Sunday, it was one that led us to Knoxville, TN. 

 Affectionately known as Rocky Top............

The University of Tennessee!

Sometimes the biggest surprises are the best opportunities!  

An opportunity for my husband to coach at one of the top college football programs in the country............  

A university with a  legendary football tradition that we will now become a part of............  

So today, as I reflect on this new chapter of my life, I found this quotes that says it all: 

"Change is the essence of life.  Be willing to surrender what you are for what you could become."

Our football season is officially over................

 
My husband is home at the same time as most husbands are year round.......

We are able to have family dinners..........

He can take out the trash.............

He doesn't have to go straight to bed when he come home from work at 10:30 p.m. ................with the alarm clock going off at 5:00 a.m.

We  have time to talk about our day for more than 5 minutes..........

There is time to laugh, catch up, and get to know one another again...........

Its officially the off-season............and I am so glad!!!
